Accessibility Statement

Finzer sp. z o.o. is committed to making Finzer usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes what we have done, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

1. SCOPE

1.1. This statement applies to the Finzer web application at https://finzer.io and to the Finzer mobile applications for iOS and Android, which run the same interface.

1.2. It does not cover content supplied by third parties that we display but do not author, such as market data, company filings, news articles, and the support chat provided by our support vendor.

2. CONFORMANCE STATUS

2.1. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA.

2.2. Finzer is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the product meets the target, and that some parts do not, or have not yet been checked against every success criterion.

2.3. This statement is based on a self assessment carried out by the Finzer team. It has not been reviewed by an independent third party. Where we say a criterion is met, it is because we have tested it, not because it has been certified.

3. WHAT WE HAVE DONE

3.1. Colour. Every colour in the product comes from a fixed palette whose text and non text contrast ratios are verified against the WCAG 2.2 AA thresholds, in both the light and the dark theme, and again in the high contrast palette.

3.2. Colour is never the only signal. Every figure that carries a direction, such as a gain or a loss, also carries a sign and an arrow, and every value shown in a chart is available as a data table.

3.3. Keyboard. Every control can be reached and operated with a keyboard, in a logical order, with a visible focus indicator and no keyboard traps. Each page offers a skip link to its main content.

3.4. Pointer. Interactive targets are at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, and no control depends on a dragging movement.

3.5. Screen readers. Native screen readers are the primary supported path. We test with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, TalkBack on Android, and NVDA on Windows. Values that update on their own, such as live prices, are announced politely rather than interrupting.

3.6. Motion. The product honours the reduced motion setting of your operating system, and stops the moving parts, including the price ticker and the price flashes.

4. ACCESSIBILITY SETTINGS IN THE PRODUCT

4.1. Finzer carries its own accessibility and display panel, available on every page whether or not you are signed in. Open it from the Accessibility control in the tools rail, or from the top bar on a small screen.

4.2. The panel lets you set the theme, the contrast, the text size, the colour saturation, the amount of motion, a reading font designed for low vision, link and heading highlighting, a reading guide, a larger pointer, and the row density.

4.3. These settings change the product itself rather than painting an overlay over it, they are stored on your own device, and they are available on the free tier and to visitors who are not signed in.

5. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

5.1. Windows High Contrast mode, and the reduced transparency setting offered by some operating systems, are not yet supported. We plan to address both.

5.2. Content we receive from third parties, including market data, filings, and news, may lack the structure or the text alternatives we would apply to our own content.

5.3. The support chat is provided by an external vendor and its accessibility is outside our direct control.

5.4. Not every success criterion has been verified on every screen. Where we find a gap, we record it and fix it in the normal course of development.

6. FEEDBACK

6.1. If you meet a barrier in Finzer, please tell us. We want to know, and a specific report is the fastest route to a fix.

6.2. Write to us at info@finzer.io. Please tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using.

6.3. We aim to reply within five working days.

7. THIS STATEMENT

7.1. This statement was prepared on 23 August 2026, and applies to the version of Finzer available on that date.

7.2. We review it when the product changes materially, and at least once a year.
