Does Finzer connect to my broker?

No. You record transactions yourself or import a CSV from your broker; nothing connects to a brokerage account.

How is my P&L computed?

Finzer calculates it for you from your transactions, by the cost method you chose at creation (FIFO or average cost), using historical exchange rates.

What happens when an FX rate is missing?

The figure is marked as not converted and listed in its own currency - Finzer never guesses a rate.

Can I track assets that have no market price?

Yes - custom assets carry your own valuations and dividends and count in your portfolio's value.
